Rehabilitation/Wellness Center

The Wiley Rehabilitation Center offers comprehensive therapautic services including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. We are a newly State certified outpatient rehab center. Our caring and compassionate staff is highly trained to provide rehabilitation and specialized subacute care.

Our Wellness Center offers each resident an all-inclusive program specialized to their specific physical and wellness needs. The following are a few offered services:

• One-on-One support services with the rehab team to optimize program effectiveness
• Clinical instruction on use of all equipment
• State-of-the-art equipment including Kaiser pnuematic air strengthening equipment and Nu-Step cardio-machines
• Variety of wellness classes
• Blood pressure and heart rate monitoring and care plan adjustments
