Skilled Nursing

Licensed nurses and associated personnel are on 24 hour a day duty providing long-term nursing care to residents with mental impairment, incontinency or behavior problems.

The Health Center consists of 43 private and 24 semi-private rooms. This is a Medicare/Medicaid certified facility.

Please note: Physician's services, x-ray, lab, and pharmaceuticals are billed by the provider directly to the resident or their representative.
